Jenny comes to GBC as a highly successful clinical leader with over 15 years of ABA experience. She was previously responsible for the clinical leadership of an organization with over 500 employees, and she has extensive experience with creating and implementing staff development programs and quality assurance systems.
In her role here at GBC, Jenny will ensure clinical quality is being achieved within each patient program and she will create a dynamic learning environment for all clinical staff members. She believes that a fundamental part of clinical quality for patients is focusing on the continued education and support of the front-line staff. In addition to shaping staff and patient progress, she will be collaborating with the rest of the executive team at GBC to innovate clinical programming, program development, and stay ahead of the curve, so patients are always receiving interventions that are consistent with the most recent research in ABA therapy.
