Danika is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) specializing in Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) and working with individuals with autism. Danika joined GBC Autism Services’ team in 2014. Throughout her time at GBC Autism Services, Danika has worked as a Clinical Supervisor and Staff Trainer to directly support individuals with autism and their families and establish high clinical training standards throughout the organization. In January of 2018, Danika shifted her responsibilities to focus on operations, serving as the Chief Operating Officer. She is now President of GBC and will help to lead the organization with continued vision and strategy. Danika is passionate about maintaining a supportive environment where GBC Autism Services’ clients and staff can grow to their full potential!
Prior to her experience at GBC Autism Services, Danika received her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Danika has professional experience as a behavior analyst and consultant in school settings, in-home programs, and businesses.
